Inquiries are not reservations
Sending an inquiry or saving an itinerary does not reserve a room, hold availability, or confirm an event. A reservation exists only when confirmed through the official booking flow.
Reservations, payment, and cancellation
Reservations are processed by Mews, our official booking provider. Current rates, availability, and payment requirements are shown in the Mews booking flow, and the cancellation terms for your selected rate are presented there before you confirm. As published on this website, reservations may be canceled without penalty until 3:00 PM Eastern Time, three days (72 hours) before the scheduled arrival date; cancellations after that deadline, or failure to arrive, result in a charge equal to one night’s room rate plus applicable taxes. Where the Mews booking flow shows different terms for a specific rate, the terms shown for your reservation apply.

This website links to and embeds third-party services, including Mews, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, restaurants, ferry operators, and the beach camera. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those services.
